I would like to share steps to open compressed file we might received from an email from a friend.
1) Once we download it (as usual method), click on the folder that contains the files that is compressed in zip format.
2) Right-click on the file(which still in zip format), there will be 3 choices with extract word. Choose 'extract here'.
Once clicking it, the contains of the zip file will be listed out in the current folder. Finish~ Well done. That's it. No need to adjust either to set open with Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, or any other specific applications. It will automatically can be viewed as what the owner of that file use while creating that application.
